Haidilao is an astounding hotpot place with tasty food, amazing service, and a lively atmosphere. To start off, the food is delicious and amazingly tender. The meats are fresh and taste heavenly. As for the drinks, they were also not to be slept on. They have a wide selection of drinks including water, sodas, and other refreshing drinks. Haidilao has a sauce bar where you can Mae your own sauce and you can also get free snacks and jelly. The service here was definitely the best part. Our waiter, Evan was very attentive and caring and always made sure we were well taken care of. He was very polite and was also quick with our orders. The atmosphere was also extraordinary with lots of birthdays everywhere including our table. They take birthdays very seriously and even prepare you a gift. They also sing you a song. In conclusion, Haidilao is a breathtaking restaurant that will take your taste buds to the next level, bombard you with excellent service, and amaze you with their clean and decorated atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you are in the Chicago restaurant.

Evan is the best server here. He fulfilled the customer needs very quickly and introduced the hot pot in details. The food is amazing and very fresh.

Fresh, clean food in a high-end Hai Di Lao style, but the variety of menu options is quite limited. The sauce bar and dessert selections are also minimal. However, the service is excellent especially Ellie. Thank you so much for your take care. We will back for sure :)

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I didn't catch the lady's name running the food cart outside but she was an absolute angel. She let us try the tofu in sauce before we ordered and also gave us a free soup as well as we were leaving. Couldn't recommend it enough if you're in Chicago.

This was my second time at Haidilao and it did NOT dissapoint! My friend and I were sat immediately and were instanteously greeted by our server Ellie. Ellie made sure to continously check on us the three hours we were there and truly went above and beyond! The food was fresh and delivered to our table quickly. We had a great time and cannot wait to come back!
